GraduateSmart Inc. (“we,” “us”) operates this nonprofit website. We respect your privacy and collect as little information as possible.

Information we collect

If you submit our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address and any message you provide, solely to respond to you or send the updates you requested. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

Contact submissions are emailed to our team. Newsletter sign-ups are managed through our email provider; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Discrimination complaints

Our optional complaint form collects the information you choose to provide about a concern, any requested outcome or assistance, and your contact details if supplied. Reports are emailed through our delivery provider to the selected civil rights contact; they are not copied to the general support inbox or added to the newsletter. Information may be shared with people needed for a fair review or as required by law.

We do not publish complaints or store form drafts in your browser. Website hosting, spam protection and email services may process technical information and delivery records. Complete confidentiality or anonymity cannot be guaranteed. You may contact Candice Clifford directly for a concern involving Reginal Joseph. Complaint records are handled under our records policy, applicable grant requirements and any legal hold.

The student platform

The GraduateSmart student platform at graduatesmart.org has its own privacy policy governing student accounts and data.
